Notification is a pre-market requirement where the Responsible person informs the EU Commission and the EU member states that the product will be placed on the EU market. This notification can only be performed once the cosmetic products are compliant with the relevant legislation.
Cos Com International as your Responsible Person will:
Notify your products on the CPNP
Process all required updates on the CPNP, resulting from changes in formulation, packaging, labelling, images, EU distribution countries, etc.
Be your central contact point for all EU and member state authorities for as long as your products are available on the EU market.
